The experienced driver Ashan Silva will be taking part in the International Endurance Series 2017. The first round of the competition will be held in Dubai autodrome from the 12th to 14th January 2017.
The International Endurance Championship is attended by veteran drivers from around the globe and is recognized as one of the most demanding competitions where the winners will be selected after a crunching endurance battle lasting 24 hours.
Ashan Siva has had a fabulous run up to the Championship, having won all of his most recent competitions. Silva was victorious in the UAE Touring Car Championship Round one in October, 2016 and also followed it up with victories in the second round held in November 2016 to become the UAE Touring Car Champion for 2016. 
In December, Silva along with his teammate Hamad Al Hammadi clinched the NGK 2hr Endurance challenge to tip off a successful season for the Champion driver.
