After an exciting contest in the first round, the second round of the Dialog Rugby League will kick off on the 29th of December 2017.
The Dialog Rugby League for the years 2017/18 kicked off officially on the 4th of November and after seven weeks of rugby in which a total of 28 matches were worked off, the first round saw its conclusion last weekend as Kandy Sports Club ended unbeaten.

Army Sports Club and CR & FC will meet on the 29th of December to officially kick off the second round action while Ratmalana will host the battle between Air Force & Havelocks at on the same day. The first week clashes will also consist of Navy Sports Club hosting CH & FC at Welisara while table topper Kandy Sports Club will face the bottom of the table team Police Sports Club.
The first round that will kick off just before the new year will conclude on the 11th of February with the clash between the top two teams Havelock Sports Club and Kandy Sports in Nittawela.
Dialog Clifford Cup in February
Following the completion of the Dialog Rugby League, the Dialog Clifford Cup will kick off on the 17th of February with the quarterfinals. The semifinals will happen on the 20th and 21st while the all-important finals will kick off on the 24th.
