Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Association (SLSRFA) will kick off the first tournament of 2016 this Sunday at the Royal Complex. It will be a tournament for C division schools.
The teams that will finish in the top 4 will be promoted to the All Island 7s tournament on 30th & 31st this month at the same venue.
The 12 teams named below will be competing this Sunday. C.W.W. Kannangara is a school that played in A division in the XV’s format last year and got demoted. However, they have another chance to display their talent in the shorter version with the top schools.

It was St.Peters College who notch the last years 7s championship under their nippy captain Kevin Dixon beating Isipathana College 7-5. This year will be a quest for them to defend their title. The other highlight is Royal College Colombo also taking part in this tournament.
All four semifinalists will get a slot in the below table X1 – X4
