Sri Lanka Motor Cycle Club (SLMCC) will conduct its annual Nuwara Circuit race for model cars and motor cycles today (Sunday) at Nuwara Eliya Lake Circuit from 9 a.m.onwards.
At today races there will be 100 motor cycles and 40 motor cars in the fray. The organisers have restricted the modified cars to 1050 cc and the standard non turbo to 2200 cc.
The motor cycles will go upto 1000cc and most interesting event will be one for racing motor cycles upto 125cc where over 20 entries have been received and mass start could provide the thrills.
The weather up at Nuwara Eliya is keeping fine with bright and sunny condition experienced upto Saturday morning.
