The 15th National Archery Championships organized by the Sri Lanka Archery Association will be held on January 24 and 25 at the Torrington Sports Ministry Grounds, Colombo 7.
This is the key event of the Archery Calendar in Sri Lanka and will witness the country’s top Archers taking part. There will be approximately two hundred and twenty top archers from all clubs participating from around the island.
They will be shooting in both recurve and compound archery categories. The tournament will commence at 9.00 a.m. on each day.
The 4th Junior Archery Nationals will be held on January 31 and February 1 at the Colombo Archery Centre – CR&FC Sports Complex, Colombo 7.
Archery has established itself as one of the fastest developing sports in Sri Lanka and is also an Asian & Olympic Games sport.
