The national Judo Championships will be held from the 29th December to 30th December 2014 at Judojo Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The championship will include the following events of senior category for both men and women, Team championships for both men and women and an event for junior boys and girls as well.
The following weight categories will be eligible for men, women and team.
a) Men – 45 -50 kg, -55 kg, -60 kg, -66 kg, -73 kg, -81 kg, -90 kg, -100 kg
b)Women – 44 kg, -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg, -63 kg, -70 kg,-78 Kg over 78 kg
c) Team Event – Men – 5 competitors & 1 reserve (One Team Per Club)
d) Team Event – Women – 5 competitors & 1 reserve (One Team Per Club)

Clubs can send two competitors from each weight category in addition to the Novices Judo first place winner in 2014. Each competitor can take part in only one weight category other than the Open Event.
All competitors should be between lower and upper limits of their weight categories and they must have been graded by the Sri Lanka Judo Association.
Eligibility:
All Clubs and Schools affiliated to the Sri Lanka Judo Association are eligible to each Club/School must appoint a team manager who will be responsible for the proper conduct the affairs of the team and will be consulted on all official and unofficial matters.
Entries: Entries will be accepted on or before the weigh-in along with entry fee Rs.200/= per event and Rs.500/= per Team
