Quarter-Finalists confirmed for MCA Division ‘E’ League Tournament 2025

The Quarter-Finalists have been confirmed for the MCA Division ‘E’ League Tournament 2025.

Fourteen teams participated for the tournament which was sponsored by David Peiris Group of Companies for the 22^nd successive year and contested for the “DPGC” Challenge Trophy.

The table toppers from Group A – George Steuart Health (Pvt) Ltd. and Morison PLC, Group B – Hayleys Group (B) and Amana Takaful, Group C – Ceylinco Insurance PLC and Janashakthi Group and two best 3^rd place winners – John Keells Holdings (B) and NDB (A) qualified for the Quarter Finals.

Nandun Basnayake of John Keells Holdings (B) was the top scorer of the tournament as he amassed 225 runs in 4 matches at 56.25. Meanwhile, Pasindu Rathnayake of NDB (A) became the highest wicket-taker of the tournament with 9 wickets in 4 matches at an average 9.11.

Quarter Finals will be held on the 1^st February. The Winner of Quarter Final 1 will meet Winner of Quarter Final 3 in the 1^st Semi Final while Winner of Quarter Final 2 and Winner of Quarter Final 4 will meet in the 2^nd Semi Final on the 5^th February.

The winners of the two Sem Finals will clash in the final which will be held on the 8^th February at MCA Ground.
