Sri Lanka Men’s & Women’s Volleyball teams thrash Maldives

Sri Lanka Men’s and Women’s Volleyball teams emerged victorious in their tour of Maldives which included six matches in total.

Sri Lanka Women’s tour of Maldives

In the first game Sri Lanka defeated Maldives 3-0. The set scores were 25-19, 25-18 & 25-17. Kanchana Chathurani was named the Best Player of the match.

The 2^nd match went to four sets, but Sri Lanka won that game 3-1. The set scores were 25-17, 24-26, 25-17 & 25-14. Apsara Sewmali was named the Best Player.

The 3^rd game was again a comfortable 3-0 victory. The scores read 25-18, 25-17 & 25-13. Thilini Wasana was adjudged the Best Player.

Sri Lanka Men’s tour of Maldives

In the 1^st game Sri Lanka emerged winners 25-23, 25-21 & 25-18 with Mahela Indeewara named as the Best Player.

The 2^nd match Sri Lanka won 3-0 with the scores reading 25-21, 25-16 & 25-17. Player of the Match was Lasindu Methmal Wasanthapriya. Sri Lanka won the 3^rd game with another 3-0 win. The scores read 25-18, 25-20 & 25-21. Maleesha Ravishan was named the Best Player.
