Yeti boost for Sri Lanka junior squash team

The Sri Lanka junior national squash team teamed up with renowned isotonic energy drink manufacturer Yeti as their official isotonic hydration partner for the 21st Asian Junior Squash Team Championship which concluded recently in Chennai, India.

Sri Lanka junior men’s squash team played against Pakistan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Kuwait in the preliminary round stage while the junior women’s squash team took on Hong Kong, India, and Singapore in the league stage.

Pakistan and Malaysia were crowned the Men’s and Women’s Asian Junior Team champions, respectively, after final wins in Chennai, India.

“We take great pleasure in being able to support and hydrate the Sri Lanka junior squash team for the Asian Junior Championships,” Yeti Director Dr. Dilshan Balasuriya stated.

As part of the partnership, the Sri Lanka junior squash team will have access to the Yeti portfolio of sports isotonic products during the Asian Junior Squash Championship.

The Sri Lanka men’s junior team finished sixth and the Sri Lanka women’s junior team placed fifth at the previous tournament held in South Korea last year.
