Out of the twelve 9th week matches of the SLC Major League Tournament 2022 which were scheduled to begin yesterday, just one game kicked off today after the opening day’s washout. All other eleven games suffered consecutive days of no play.
The game between BRC and Sebastianites C & AC at BRC grounds saw the home team being put in to bat first by the visiting Sebastianites after winning the toss today. However, only three overs were permitted before the heavens opened up again to put an end to the day’s play.
All 12 games will resume tomorrow (15th October) for the final day’s play if the rain eases up.
