Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) have appointed Manuja Kariyapperuma as the interim Manager of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team for the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh.

Professor Arjuna de Silva, the chairman of SLC Management Committee, has confirmed that Kariyapperuma will work as the interim Manager of the Sri Lanka Team for the Bangladesh series, which will get underway on 21st April at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy.
Kariyapperuma worked as the consultant of Women’s Cricket Operations and Development prior to this appointment, and his tenure with the Sri Lanka National Men’s Cricket Team will be limited only to the Bangladesh series.
