Today (23rd April), Sri Lanka Test team’s veteran spinner Dilruwan Perera has offered his help to fight the COVID-19 pandemic by donating an automated sterilization chamber to the Medical Officer of Health (MOH) of Panadura, the chamber was manufactured by Mr. Malinda Dikmagoda.

This is not the first time a cricketer has taken the initiative to help authorities as former players like Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene, Roshan Mahanama, Chaminda Vaas, Muttiah Muralitharan, and many other current players have generously donated to strengthen people.
