The up and coming CH & FC team has yet again showed what they are capable of, but this time, overseas.

Yoshitha Rajapakshe, Faris Ali, Imesh Aponsu and Sathya Ranatunga were the four players that represented Bangalore RFC, and very impressively the players were a part of the success of the team too. Apart from Yoshitha and Sathya, Faris Ali and Imesh Aponsu are still relatively inexperienced young players who have grabbed the opportunity of playing overseas with both hands.

Yoshitha Rajapakshe was a standout player at the tournament, scoring two tries that let Bangalore RFC to a memorable victory whilst Faris Ali also got his name on the score-sheet after scoring a try and converting it. With the inclusion of the 4 Lankan players Bangalore RFC managed to secure their first win against Calcutta Rugby Football Club after losing out on their first game the week prior to the CH players arrival.
