Isipathana College are slightly ahead of St. Peter’s College on day one in their Singer U19 division 1 cricket tournament 2017/18 encounter which commenced today at SPC grounds in Bambalapitiya.
Opting to bat first, the Peterites got off to a solid 74-run stand between Santhush Gunathilaka and Sulakshana Fernando before the Isipathana spinners came into the attack and ripped through the inexperienced Peterite middle order.
