Safays SC – Medagama and Civil Defense SC – Monaragala won the Monaragala District men’s and women’s finals respectively. They defeated SSC SC 21-25, 18-25 and Phatha Arawa School SC – Viloya 22-25, 19-25, 21-25 in the finals respectively.

In Jaffna, Red Cap SC defeated Hindu Youth SC in a thrilling men’s final. Red Cap won the 1st & 2nd sets 25-16, 25-17 but Hindu Youth came back strongly to win the 3rd 22-25. However, Red Cap finished off the game winning a tightly contested 4th set 25-23. In the women’s final, United SC defeated Udayasooriya SC 25-18, 25-16 & 25-17.
