The Closing Regatta for the year 2017 is scheduled to be held this weekend (Saturday 19th) at the Colombo Rowing Club.
The final regatta of the Rowing year, The Closing Regatta is all set to take stage on the 19th of August 2017 at the Colombo Rowing Club, Beira Lake.
The men’s category of this event was dominated by the Colombo Rowing Club team last year while the Ladies category was dominated by Ladies College.

Both teams will be seeking to repeat their feat from last year as they take to the lake and look to secure silverware for their team, however no other team will be a pushover.
More than 10 events are scheduled to be held with close to 20 races to take place on Saturday. 6 schools and the Colombo Rowing Club have registered to participate in the event.
