A one of the important cultural education activities of the Games, “Youth Style” kicked off at the Asian Youth Games Athletes’ Village last night.
This nightly activity aims to express Nanjing’s warm welcome to visitors from other Asian countries and regions through the dance and music loved by the youth of today.
“Youth Style” incorporates interactive games, magic shows, acrobatics, Chinese Opera catwalks, Chinese shadow puppet shows, a Chinese martial arts gallery, kneading sugar-coated figurines, sugar painting, paper cutting, and much more. This activity seeks to liven the cultural atmosphere at the Athletes’ Village, enrich the spiritual life of athletes and strengthen cultural communication between young people so that teenagers will enjoy the charms of Oriental culture.
