The 10th All Island Hockey Sevens is to take place this weekend at the Asgiriya Stadium in Kandy.
Organised by Seetha Devi Balika Vidyalaya that has yielded many a champion outfit this event is annually organized by them in a grand scale with both an opening and closing ceremony on the agenda. The event is sponsored by People’s Bank and will commence 8am on 6th and 7th of April 2013.
The championship will be conducted to international regulations. Four matches will be conducted simultaneously at the venue and the events for men and women will take place.
