The stylish right-hander clobbered an unbeaten 85-run knock in 115 balls with 2 sixes and 4 fours as Mobitel notched up 238 for 8 in 50 overs. Chasing a stiff target of 239, Kanrich Finance ‘A’ was restricted to 187 with left-arm spin duo, Lakshan Jayasinghe and Supeshala Jayathilake taking 2 wickets apiece.

This was DIMO’s 2nd consecutive win the tournament.
Right-arm fast-bowler Nisala Tharaka and left-arm spinner Matheesha Perera grabbed 3 wickets apiece to restrict John Keells ‘B’ to a mere 122 in 34.2 overs. Former Thomian, Nisham Mazahir top-scored with 27.
DIMO quickly chased down the target with opener Jason Perera remaining unbeaten on 36 and national player, Dinesh Chandimal hitting a brisk 34 in 19 balls with 02 sixes and 03 fours.
