The matches in the Dialog Champions League that were scheduled to play in Kalutara and Anuradhapura on the 15th and 16th has been postponed.
The postponed matches are; Super Sun v Java Lane (15th Aug), Kalutara Park v Blue Star (16th Aug) and Solid SC v Army (16th Aug). Both matches at Kalutara were scheduled to be live streamed on ThePapare but will not happen as well.
The reason for the postponements was cited as lack of Police officers for the matches as most of the Police officers will be on election duty. However other matches are scheduled to go ahead as planned.
