AC Milan will sign striker Carlos Bacca from Sevilla, subject to a medical.The Serie A side have agreed to pay the £21m buyout clause for the Colombian, who scored twice as Sevilla beat Dnipro 3-2 to win the Europa League in May.
Bacca, 28, who had been linked with a number of Premier League clubs, scored 49 in 108 games for Sevilla.
He was sent off during Colombia’s Copa America win over Brazil in June, missing their quarter-final defeat against Argentina.
Bacca is Milan’s second signing of the summer following the arrival of Italian midfielder Andrea Bertolacci from Roma for 20m euros (£14m).
He joined Sevilla from Club Brugge in 2013 for £7m and won the Europa League twice in two seasons in Spain.
Last season, he scored 28 goals in all competitions as Sevilla finished fifth in La Liga.
Milan have also agreed a £5.7m deal to sign Shakhtar Donetsk’s all-time leading scorer, Luiz Adriano, the Ukranian club announced.
The Brazilian has scored 129 goals in an eight-year spell, winning the Europa League, six Ukrainian championships and four cup titles.
On Wednesday, Sevilla signed AC Milan’s French international centre-back Adil Rami, 29.
